The Dana Andrews Collection is composed of 29 boxes. The collection focuses on the life, family, and acting career of Dana Andrews, as well as featuring the theater career and family of Mary Todd, Dana Andrews' wife.

This ledger and diary contains handwritten notes by W. W. Andrews (Dana's brother), Dana's father (Charles Forrest Andrews), and handwritten diary and ledger entries from Dana Andrews during his early days in California. Pages 1-34, 233-280 are torn from the ledger.
