Scope and Contents
This collection is composed of forty-four colorized, color, and black-and-white postcards from 1906-2000 depicting Sam Houston Normal Institute, Sam Houston State Teachers College, and Sam Houston State University.

Physical Description
The front of the postcard is orange with "Greeting From.." in cursive and white text and "Sam Houston State University" in print and dark blue text. In the center of the postcard is the SHSU logo with Sam Houston. Sam Houston State University around Sam Houston is in dark blue text and Sam Houston is dark blue and white.
The back of the postcard is white with "2000" written in pencil in the top right corner.
The postcard was published by Charles Overly Studio. There are two postcards and neither were used.
