In the front of the clear sleeve is a photocopy of a letter from the Washington State Arts Commission to Charles Pebworth. The letter discusses Charles Pebworth's contract and payment for his artwork commissioned through Washington's Art in Public Places Program. The contract is not part of this collection.

In the back of the clear sleeve is a photocopy of Charles Pebworth's art design for the Washington State Arts Commission. The design shows the dimensions and notes of the artwork.
