This collection is composed of photocopied materials with a few originals concerning Charles Pebworth's art career. The materials consist of newspaper articles, exhibit materials, postcards, pamphlets, awards, and letters donated by Charles and Nona Pebworth.

Physical Description

In the front of the clear sleeve is a scanned printout of the magazine article "Charles Pebworth" from the Art Voices/South magazine, March/April 1978. The article mentions some of Pebworth's earlier life and his time in art school. The article's main focus is on how Pebworth started sculpting and how he works with his art. The article provides a black-and-white photograph of Charles Pebworth and a color photograph of one of his sculptures from the box series. At the top of the article is a label with "Art Voices/South Mar/April 1978 A regional mag voicing news, views, and opinions on Art in the Southern states" in black ink.

In the back of the clear sleeve is a color printout of a website page featuring Charles Pebworth's sculpture "For The Longest Time." The printout is from the Oklahoma Arts Council website. On the bottom right of the page is a label with "Oklahoma Arts Center Purchase for State Collection" in black ink.
