The photocopy of the certificate from the Texas Department of Protective and Regulatory Services certifies that the Office of the President, Sam Houston State University, in the operation of Bearkitten Academy, meets the minimum standards for daycare centers. The certificate was issued on July 19, 1996. A typed letter from the Texas Department of Protective and Regulatory Services accompanies the certificate.
The Certificate of Health from the City of Huntsville certifies Bearkitten Academy, owned by Sam Houston State University, has complied with the necessary Sanitation Regulations of the City of Huntsville. The certificate was issued on December 26, 1996, and expired on December 31, 1997. This certificate is a printout.
