Physical Description
This metal photoengraver plate depicts the Lowman Rifles Drill Team's new insignia. Black and white shield with "Sam Houston State" written ontop. Below the school name is "Lowman Rifles" written diagonally across the shield. Crossed rifles in the bottom left of the shield and a lightening bolt in the top right of the shield.

This new Lowman Rifle design was chosen out of many designs in the 1964/1965 academic year.
