The "Minutes of The Policy Committee of The Texas Association of College Teachers" was held in the University Y.M.C.A. Building in Austin, Texas. The minutes list the members of the Policy Commmittee, the chapter they are from, and the position they hold.

-Report of Voting Procedures Committee

-Further Action on Koeninger Case; states the association should not stop any action in regards to Rupert C. Koeninger but the Policy Committee should have approval. It was mentioned having an interim Policy Committee would be expensive, so Mr. Blair moved that the Policy Committee authorize the Executive Committee and the Professional Standards Committee to take any action they see fit. Motion was seconded by Mr. Henderson and passed with an unanimous vote.
