Nixon White House Legal Briefs Collection
Scope and Contents
The collection is composed of a Brief in Opposition of the subpoena issued to Richard Nixon, a Reply Brief that highlights the key points in the Brief in Support, a Brief in Opposition to Plaintiff’s Motion for Summary Judgement, and a thesis by Harry Edward Casey, titled “Executive Privilege and the White House Tapes Dispute”.
