Biographical / Historical
Alan Reynolds is an American supply side economist. Reynolds was the Director of Economic Research at the Hudson Institute from 1990-2000. Reynolds also served as Research Director with the National Commission on Tax Reform and Economic Growth, as well as an advisor to the National Commission on the Cost of Higher Education. He is currently Senior Fellow at the Cato Institute.
