This event was held in honor of José Cisneros, Artist and Illustrator, Carl Hertzog, Printer and Publisher, Peter Hurd, Artist and Illustrator, and Tom Lea, Artist and Novelist. It was held on April 14, 1977 in the El Paso Civic Center in El Paso, Texas.
