Biographical / Historical
Born in Brookline, Massachusetts on May 29, 1917, John Fitzgerald Kennedy became the youngest elected President of the United States on January 20, 1961. As the 35th Presdient, Kennedy pushed for equal rights, and a world free of nuclear threat.
On November 22, 1963, President Kennedy was assassinated in Dallas, Texas while riding in a convertible with his motorcade.
As a result, Vice President, Lyndon B. Johnson became the 36th President of the United States.
