Gibbs Brothers Account Book
The Gibbs Brothers Account Book was used to record daily transactions from December 1854 through February 1855. The ledger is unbound and in very fragile condition. The book was donated to the Texas Room of the Estill Library, Sam Houston State Teachers College, by Dr. J.L. Clark on April 3, 1962. See also the Gibbs Family Papers.

The Guy Keith Jr. Correspondence Collection contains two handwritten letters found by Guy Keith Jr. when he was 10 years old. The collection includes a letter from J.L. Mitchell offering cotton weighing services in Franklin, Texas and a letter from Maggie Flowers of Sumpter, Texas. The letters were donated by Clinton Copeland, the grandson of Guy Keith Jr.
