S.R. Warner's License of Instruction from the College of William and Mary, written in English. Warner's name on the license is Selden Richard Warner. On the bottom of the license are several signatures in black ink; however, most of them are faded.

The exact year Warner was awarded the License of Instruction is unclear since the writing has faded too much to read.
