From the Collection:

The majority of this collection contains materials from the Sam Houston State University KSHU Radio Station. Other materials include a Sam Houston State College Homecoming football program, Delta Zeta photocopied articles, an Alpha Phi Sigma certificate, paper materials from Sam Houston State University (event tickets and the College of Arts and Media magazine), and materials about the City of Huntsville.

Physical Description

The paper "Bearkat Fan" is shaped like a paw and is stapled to a wooden stick. The front of the paper fan has the design of the paw in orange and white with the words "Bearkat Fan" in white text. The back of the paper fan is white with orange text and designs.

The top of the fan has "I'm An SHSU Bearkat Fan!" in white bubble text outlined in orange. To the right and left of the text is an orange outline of Sammy the Bearkat in profile marching. Underneath this is the logo for the drive-in restaurant Sonic in orange. Underneath the logo is Sonic’s address and a coupon for a drink if this fan is brought to Sonic.
