Scope and Contents
The materials in this collection are composed of two boxes.
Box 1 is composed of Charles Lee Hill's scrapbook and photographs of the musical group "The Houstonians."
Box 2 is composed of biographical materials and photographs about Charles Lee Hill's life and music career. As well as biographical materials about his grandfather W.T. Hill's life and time spent in the American Civil War as a Confederate officer.

There are two photocopies of Charles Lee Hill's retirement.
Photocopy of "Retirement for Librarian Charles Lee Hill" page. The page has four photos of Charles Lee Hill with colleagues at Northwood Middle School in Houston, Texas. At the bottom of the page is "Northwood Middle School June 1, 1986 (75 years old)" in pencil.
Photocopy of the "Tempo" magazine Volume, IV Number 2. The magazine is from the Tidewater Performing Arts Society, 1982-1983 season, and was published November 30, 1982. The first page is the cover of the magazine with a photo of Isidor Saslav, a violinist, and his wife, Ann Saslav, a pianist. The second page is of an advertisement with "To Mr. Hill An admiration for 45 years! Ann Heiligman Saslav," with an address in ink at the bottom. The two pages are stapled together.
