Scope and Contents
This collection is composed of two boxes containing materials from the Philomathean Literary Society (Philos) and the Eclectic Society Club, Sam Houston State Teachers College event and football programs, and a SHSTC freshman "T" beanie.
The materials in this collection were orginally part of a scrapbook. The materials are now separated from their original source.

Physical Description
Brown folded construction paper with "Philo Portrait" written in cursive on the front in black oil pastel. Inside is a black and white oil pastel profile portrait of a woman in a clown shirt and hat. On the bottom of the portrait is a name written in cursive with "1951" in black oil pastel. The name is hard to read.
The left corner of the portrait is torn off, and the piece is with the collection.
