Physical Description
The letter is in cursive and blue ink and is addressed to Marle on June 17, 1927. Both pages of the letter have evidence of bite marks from a bug. There are also water stains on the first page near the bottom.
The letter discusses the estate and how nothing has been done in the form of the heirs completing any paperwork regarding drilling oil on the property. If the paperwork is not done, the price per acre will go up every September.
