The typed letter is addressed "To the Heirs" and was written by Claude Bolin Farrington.
Claude Bolin Farrington requests that he and his wife, Gladys Farrington, are made powers-of-attorney or another person for each of the five family representatives Farrington refers to in the letter. Farrington asks for power-of-attorney of properties that are not doing well so that he (or the other person he referred to) can lease the properties' lands to oil companies to see if oil is present so the heirs of the properties may benefit.
