The photocopy newspaper article "Inspired by nature Artist's work reveals much about his spirit" is from the Huntsville Item and was published on Sunday, January 30, 1994. The article discusses Charles Pebworth's life, his inspirations, his works of art, and his many accomplishments and awards.

"Really enjoyed this article! Hope you are enjoying your retirement!" is on the front page of the article and is a handwritten note by Elliot Bowers, president of Sam Houston State University, in cursive and black ink."Lookout From San Bois" sculpture by Charles Pebworth was in a wooden crate within the Murrah P. Federal Building when the bombing occurred. The crate was destroyed, but the sculpture survived the blast from the explosion.
