The front of the clear sleeve has a color photocopy of a green flyer. The flyer is to promote a conversation and slide presentation with Charles Pebworth presented by The Council for the Visual and Performing Arts at the University of Texas Medical School in Houston, Texas September 13, 1988.

The back of the clear sleeve has a photocopy of a typed letter addressed to Charles Pebworth from Sue Feazel, Council Coordinator of The Council for the Visual and Performing Arts. The letter expresses thanks to Charles Pebworth for his conversation and presentation at the medical school. The letter is dated September 16, 1988.
