This collection is composed of photocopied materials with a few originals concerning Charles Pebworth's art career. The materials consist of newspaper articles, exhibit materials, postcards, pamphlets, awards, and letters donated by Charles and Nona Pebworth.

Biographical / Historical

Charles Pebworth was an Assistant Professor in Sculpture, Ceramics, and Drawing at Sam Houston State Teachers College and later when the college had its name changed to Sam Houston State University.

Harry J. Ahysen was an Instructor in Design and Painting at Sam Houston State Teachers College.
