"A Salute to Huntsville" and "The Estill Library" are cut-out articles from a bulletin. The articles are pasted on construction paper, and the page is loose within the scrapbook.

The article "A Salute to Huntsville" discusses the broadcasting program of the same name. Sam Houston State Teachers College students, faculty, and residents of Huntsville contributed to the program.

The article "The Estill Library" discusses the new library and the petition for it to be named in honor of Harry Fishburne Estill.
