Physical Description
There are two cut-out articles and one black-and-white photograph taken from a bulletin. They are pasted on construction paper, and the page is loose within the scrapbook.
The first article is "The Carr Pritchett Loan Fund," which discusses the student loan created by Sam Houston Normal Institute faculty members and friends in honor of Henry Carr Pritchett. The article also mentions the amount and allocation to students.
The second article is "Moral Influences," which mentions that Sam Houston Normal Institute is the only institute in Texas that provides its students with the best faculty who exhibit good morality.
