From the Box:

The materials in this box are made up of commencement programs, photographs, and a scrapbook containing correspondences, group history, photographs, newspaper clippings, high schools programs, invitations, 1998 and 2003 reunion itineries, a typed story of the All Girl Orchestra, a typed tribute to Dr. C.R. Hackney, rosters, and newpaper clippings and an art gallery pamphlet about David Adickes. The scope of these materials dates from 1943 to 2009.

Physical Description

19 color photographs over the Sam Houston State Teachers College All-Girl Orchestra 1998 Reunion. The photographs depict several activities of the reunion such as; the memorial celebration at Dr. Clint Hackney's grave site, Sam Houston State University Homecoming, and the Reunion Dinner at The Homestead.

There is descriptive handwritting on the back of the photographs such as; names, dates, and activity locations.
