Scope and Contents
The materials in this box are made up of commencement programs, photographs, and a scrapbook containing correspondences, group history, photographs, newspaper clippings, high schools programs, invitations, 1998 and 2003 reunion itineries, a typed story of the All Girl Orchestra, a typed tribute to Dr. C.R. Hackney, rosters, and newpaper clippings and an art gallery pamphlet about David Adickes. The scope of these materials dates from 1943 to 2009.

Arrangement
The title of the scrapbook, "All-Girl Orchestra Renunion, Thursday October 29, 1998, and Down Beat" desrcibes the contents of the materials within the scrapbook but are not limited to these catergories. The scrapbook also contains photographs, newspaper clippings, programs, invitations from 1943 to 1946, a newspaper clipping from April 1, 2002, photographs and an itinerary for the reunion of 2003. As well as newpaper clippings and an art gallery pamphlet for David Adickes.
"Down Beat" is an American magazine for "jazz, blues, and beyond." The All-Girl Orchestra were mentioned in the magazine in January 1946, when they preformed at the Kearney Army Air Base in Nebraska on New's Year Eve.
