Physical Description
This correspondence is addressed to Dr. Vannoy Stewart (Vice President of the Texas Association of College Teachers and a professor at Sam Houston State Teachers College) from Kendall P. Cochran (Coordinator of Research at the Texas Association of College Teachers).
Kendall P. Cochran mentions that the events leading to Rupert C. Koeninger's threatening dismissal does not coincide with the account that Dr. Vannoy Stewart gave to the Texas Association of College Teachers. Kendall P. Cochran mentions that Dr. Vannoy Stewart has little regard towards Rupert Koeninger based on Dr. Vannoy Stewart's discussion of Koeninger's case. She requests that if Dr. Vannoy Stewart is appointed to President of the association that he will support the association's Professional Standards Committee and not make a public or private statement agreeing with the Board of Regents in dismissing Koeninger.
