Millard H. Ruud writes to Rupert Koeninger who mentions that Rassman does not favor an interview with Koeninger because he feels it would be more apporiate for Koeninger to appear before the entire Board instead of private consultation with members of the Board.

Ruud also mentions that Rassman's reply suggests asking the president to schedule an appearance by Koeninger and someone on his behalf before the Board to discuss the Board's contemplated termination of his servic at Sam Houston State Teachers College.
