This correspondence is addressed to Honorable C.S. Ramsey (President of the Board of Regents) from Rupert C. Koeninger.
Rupert C. Koeninger writes to Honorable C.S. Ramsey about the Board of Regents adopting a resolution. Stating if President Lowman does not recommend Koeninger for the 1962-1963 academic year then he can stay for the 1961-1962 academic year (current). This resolution was adopted in May 1961.
Koeninger mentions he has said or done nothing to reflect unfavorably on the Board, Dr. Lowman, or Sam Houston State Teachers College.
Koeninger requests the Board reconsiders this action for their February meeting with the "aim of relieving President Lowman of this committment." Koeninger writes he would like the opportunity to talk with Ramsey.
