This correspondence is addressed to Dr. Rupert C. Koeninger, Director, Department of Sociology, Sam Houston State Teachers College from John S. Hovenga, Executive Director, Board of Regents.

John S. Hovenga writes to Rupert C. Koeninger in regards to Koeninger's previous letter about the status of his employment at Sam Houston State teachers College. Hovenga writes the Board has the same position on his employment from last year. Hovenga mentions that he has no background knowledge of this matter and that an offical statement would need to come from the Board and not this office.
