This correspondence is addressed to Dr. Richard Ballinger, President of Texas Association of College Teachers, Texas A & M College from Rupert C. Koeninger, Director, Department of Sociology.

Rupert C. Koeninger writes to Dr. Richard Ballinger stating he has enclosed a carbon copy of the letter he sent to Dr. Abernathy. He also mentions he has enclosed a mimeograph copy of the statement they gave to the American Association of University Professors. Lastly, Koeninger asks Ballinger for his attention and assistance.
