H.J. Friedsam writes Rupert C. Koeninger telling Koeninger that he is sorry his threatened termination has resulted in a fight, but the fight will be worthwhile not only for the professional issue involved but on Koeninger's behalf as well.

Friedsam mentions the will meet during the Easter weekend in Dallas where Friedsam will give a note to Win Steglich, the Program Chairman.

Friedsam asks Koeninger to advise him if there is anything else that should be done in regards to his threatened termination.
