This telegram is addressed to Professor Rupert C. Koeninger, Department of Sociology, Sam Houston State Teachers College from Robert Van Waes, American Association of University Professors.
Robert Van Waes writes Rupert C. Koeninger about the association's learning that the Board of Regents kept their earlier decision to dismiss Koeninger from his position. This was based on the hearing held in Austin on May 22nd. Van Waes says that every effort will be made to expedite publication of findings of the special American Assocaition of University Professors investigating committee if Koeninger wishes to request a transcript.
