Cochran writes that Professor Agnew of Oklahoma State, the regional representative to the national committee was contacted and asked to put pressure on the association as well.

Cochran writes she has put together a rough draft of the brief for the Texas Association of College Teachers and Sam Barton is putting together a rough draft as well. Cochran states Barton and her will put it together and send it to Richard Ballinger for his comments. Cochran writes she will keep Koeninger informed of any updates.
