This correspondence is addressed to Honorable William V. Brown from Rupert C. Koeninger, Ph.D, Director of the Department of Sociology. The correspondence is also addressed to all the members of the Board of Regents.

Rupert C. Koeninger writes the Honorable William V. Brown mentioning the regulations of the Board of Regents under the heading "Termination of Employment, paragrapgh 36." The paragraph states if a person's employment is to be terminated or suspended then they shall be entitled to receive a written statement of the charges against them and to appear before the Board to testify.

Koeninger writes he is requesting a written statement of the charges against him and that he may be given time to be heard on the second day of the Annual Meeting which he is requesting to be open to the public.
