This correspondence is addressed to Mr. J. Chrys Daugherty, Graves, Daugherty, Gee and Hearon, Capitol National Bank Building from Rupert C. Koeninger.
Rupert C. Koeninger writes Mr. J. Chrys Daugherty stating he has enclosed a copy of the proposed letter to the Board of Regents. Koeninger mentions he believes it would be wise to send a personal copy to each Board member. Koeninger asks Daugherty to make any changes he thinks is necessary.
