This correspondence is addressed to the Head of the Deparment of Sociology (Rupert C. Koeninger) at Sam Houston State Teachers College from G.S. Pandya.
G.S. Pandya writes on behalf of his wife, Tanman G. Pandya who would like to earn a M.S. in Sociolgy at Sam Houston State Teachers College. Pandya writes about Tanman's social work in India (where she is residing) and her university education in India. Pandya asks for her to be considered for admissions as well as an assistantship. Pandya also asks for the head of the department to write her about the school's fees and the program's coursework.
