This correspondence is addressed to Dr. Clifford B. Casey, Secretary-Treasurer, TACT from Richard H. Ballinger, Presient, TACT. This correspondnce is CC: to Gibson Randle, Rupert C. Koeninger, Wade Hartrick, Kendall Cochran, Mrs. Alice Calkins.
Richard H. Ballinger writes Dr. Clifford B. Casey mentioning he will have received a copy of the memo and minutes from the Policy Committe Meeting on May 12, 1962. Ballinger mentions the good job Gibson Randle did in providing counsel to Rupert C. Koeninger during the hearing dispite difficulties from the board.
Ballinger discusses the billing for Koeninger's counsel totalling to 500 dollars. Ballinger mentions the bill will be from the Southwestern Sociological Society of 200 dollars (been voted on) and 300 dollars (been voted on) from the Texas of Association of College Teachers to aid Koeninger's legal expenses.
Ballinger mentions he will hand over his president duties to Wade Hartrick on June 1st and is looking towards his contiuned work on the Executive Committee.
