Physical Description
Gibson R. Randle, Koeninger's attorney writes Dr. Rupert C. Koeninger mentioning the press release over the case was appropriate and Mr. Bode from the Houston Chronicle was conducting a follow up.
Randle discusses the transcript of the hearing and mentions he will be sending a copy to Koeninger. Attached to the correspondence is a copy of the receipt of the transcript and a copy of an invoice for professional services.
Randle mentions since Koeninger wishes to not initiate further legal action he will stop legal research. If the Texas Association of College Teachers or the American Association of University Professors wish to contiune legal action he would be glad to brief them for conituned action.
