Mrs. Alice Calkins, Executive Secretary of the Texas Association of College Teachers writes Dr. Rupert C. Koeninger at Amarillo Air Force Base.

Calkins discusses the publicity Koeninger's case is getting including Capitol bureaus who ask about updates. Calkins discusses the Texas Governor is studying the documents the association sent him as well as previous Board violations from other colleges. Calkins encloses a newspaper clipping from the Austin American where Mr. Kilgore was quoted. She further discusses the association's summer Bulletin and briefly mentions Koeninger's work internationally.
