Rupert C. Koeninger writes Gibson R. Randle his attorney.
Koeninger gives Randle permission to represent him and discuss the case to the University of Texas Chapter of the Texas Association of College Teachers. Koeninger mentions there seems to be little to be done about his case except to wait for the American Association of University Professors' report. Koeninger mentions he is looking to see if any conventions in session are making any statements regarding academic freedom.
Koeninger discusses his family as well as the 4 employment offers he has received. Koeninger mentions he decided to take the offer from Texas Southern University as a Sociology Professor.
Koeninger discusses how he feels about the Board of Regents destroying his 15 years of work at Sam Houston State Teachers College, and how he is reorienting his mission in teaching.
