Ed Gossett, Board of Regents member writes Dr. Wade Hartrick, President of the Texas Association of College Teachers.
Gossett discusses the timeline of Rupert C. Koeninger's case from his point of view. Gossett writes he believes the association's main objective of the case has to do with procedure, i.e. that Koeninger was not given a formal Bill of Particulars in writing before his hearing with the Board of Regents.
