The Crown Collection of Maps
Scope and Contents
The Crown Collection is an oft-cited but difficult-to-find compilation of historical maps of the United States. Series I-III contain colonial-period maps in British archives, and Series IV-V contain Archer Hulbert’s tracings of nineteenth-century trails in the American West.
