The Denoyer-Geppert New Social Science Collection includes Denoyer-Geppert Co. Social Science school maps from the Hart-Bolton Series on American History. These maps provide information about international rivalries, English colonial grants, state claims and ratification, and agricultural production. The Crown Collection is an oft-cited but difficult-to-find compilation of historical maps of the United States. Series I-III contain colonial-period maps in British archives, and Series IV-V contain Archer Hulbert’s tracings of nineteenth-century trails in the American West.
