Scope and Contents The Texas Centennial Collection (1934-1937; 11 boxes) contains newspapers from various Texas newspapers in celebration of 100 years of Texas independence. This collection is primarily comprised of newspaper clippings and press releases. There are newspaper clippings, as well as full editions of local Texas newspapers.
