This collection contains surveys of the historic resources of Huntsville, Texas in September of 1992. It also contains a project book of slides of Huntsville resources and statements of significance of high priority properties.

Scope and Contents The Walker County Hospital District Health Needs Survey (1977 – 1980; one box) contains the Walker County Health Needs Survey and related documents. The purpose of the survey was to assess the public health needs of Walker County. The survey was initiated by the Walker County Hospital District with the assistance of the Houston-Galveston Area Council Health Systems Agency and was conducted between 1979 and 1980.
