This collection is composed of 44 colorized, color, and black-and-white postcards from 1906-2000 depicting Sam Houston Normal Institute, Sam Houston State Teachers College, and Sam Houston State University.

Physical Description
The black-and-white postcards have sixteen faculty members on the front. "Faculty 1908-1909 Sam Houston Normal, Huntsville, Tex." is printed on the bottom of the front in white text.
One of the postcards has a postmark date of March 15, 1909, and the message is in cursive and black ink. The other postcard has a postmark date of April 3, 1909, and the message is in cursive and black ink (it lists the faculty members).
