This collection is comprised of 21 pages of scrapbook material, six Sam Houston State Teachers College (SHSTC) event programs, two pages of sheet music, a 1986 Bearkat Football Magazine, a poster, a framed photograph, and a lithograph of Old Main.

The scrapbook contains newspaper article clippings, programs, photographs, and correspondences relating to the 1980 Ex-Lettermen Association Hall of Honor Induction Banquet.

Physical Description

The Sam Houston State Teachers College (SHSTC) football program is blue with a graphic in black of a football player in a kicking position. The program provides a roster of the SHSTC 1953 football team with short biographies and photographs of eight players, a diagram of football calls, and advertisements. The back of the program provides a black-and-white photograph of the Bearkat Band.
