This collection is made up of twenty-five black and white photographs, a Sam Houston Normal Institute Diploma, a Sam Houston Normal Institute Commencement program, and a signed pillow cover from Lula Myrtle Teague Cox's childhood.

The black and white matted photograph is of the Old Main Building Memorial Hall or Auditorium (also known as the chapel). The matte is grey, and on the back is "Huntsville Inside the chappel" in cursive and pencil.
Note: Chapel is misspelled by the author.
