18 different correspondences are addressed to members of the Board of Regents (etc. Newton Gresham who was in approval of Koeninger's termination), to the Board as a whole, and a few to influential people (etc. Harmon Lowman who was president of Sam Houston Teachers College at the time) who knew Koeninger. The correspondence are against Rupert C. Koeninger's termination and provide good character reviews.
