This correspondence is addressed to Rupert C. Koeninger, Department of Sociology from Harmon Lowman, President. The correspondence is CC: to "All Board Members."

President Harmon Lowman writes to Rupert C. Koeninger concerning his previous letter about his status of employment. President Lowman states that in May 1961 he recommended Koeninger's re-election but the Board opposed.

President Lowman writes that a resolution was adopted. The resolution was set in motion by Regent Gresham and seconded by Regent Mills which stated that upon Dr. Lowman's assurance, Koeninger will not be recommended for employment for the 1962-1963 academic year if he stays on for the current academic year (1961-1962).
